• Develop and execute performance testing strategies for Talon applications.
• Conduct performance testing for P&C applications and present results to customer executives.
• Utilize tools such as JMETER, Taurus, and Lighthouse for performance tests.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization solutions.
• Mentor existing QE teams on performance testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet performance goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing for P&C applications.
• Proven ability to design and execute performance testing strategies using JMETER, Taurus, and Lighthouse.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
