What you will do

• Design and lead performance testing strategies to validate system behavior under load, stress, and peak conditions.
• Create, configure, and optimize complex JMeter test scripts to simulate real-world usage scenarios.
• Utilize Dynatrace for continuous performance monitoring and real-time diagnosis of application metrics.
• Integrate performance testing and monitoring tools within Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform in-depth capacity planning and recommend scaling strategies for applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to troubleshoot bottlenecks and recommend architectural improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in performance testing and 5+ years of experience in application development.
• Strong hands-on expertise with JMeter and Dynatrace (or similar APM tools).
• Experience managing and optimizing performance in Kubernetes clusters, including autoscaling.
• Proficiency with DB/SQL, Linux, and version control using Bitbucket.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
