• Perform critical data analysis and build visualizations for diverse stakeholders to inform business strategies
• Deliver internal self-serve tools to improve team efficiency and operational workflows
• Build robust, scalable data models and high-value data products for clients
• Own and maintain BI platform implementation ensuring data accuracy and accessibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or related data-intensive field
• 4+ years experience with data at scale including analysis, ETL, and process automation
• 3+ years hands-on experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of complex data environments
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and tackle complex impactful tasks

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Metabase, Terraform, Python, DBT
