• Lead end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Conduct system analysis and provide functional expertise.

• Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Workforce Management solutions.
• Strong expertise in UKG Pro WFM.
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro WFM.
• Ability to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
