What you will do

• Lead and mentor an international partnership team of 4+ people
• Design and own global partnership marketing strategy including influencer, creator, affiliate, and brand campaigns
• Drive measurable performance with clear links to business growth (ROAS, bookings)
• Champion AI-driven workflows and automation to scale team efficiency
• Negotiate and execute partnership deals and manage existing partnerships
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance, CRM, Product, Brand, and Finance teams

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany and work fully remote
• 3+ years leadership experience in influencer or partnership marketing
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing KPIs and campaign analysis
• Tech and AI savvy with experience in automation and martech tools
• Fluent English with excellent communication and negotiation skills
