TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, Denver, or New York City with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote

Salary: $95,000 - $155,000 USD annually

hirify.global is a growing medtech startup focused on improving medical billing and revenue cycle management.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of customers and understand their challenges to drive revenue cycle improvements.
  • Analyze claims data to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
  • Develop operational and product-oriented solutions to improve workflows and automation.
  • Collaborate with RCM, Customer Support, Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
  • Drive key business outcomes and metrics for the company.
  • Contribute to shaping company culture.

Requirements

  • Location: Must work onsite in San Francisco, Denver, or New York City with hybrid schedule
  • 2-7 years of relevant experience owning business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Experience in scaling processes and operations.
  • Optional experience in healthcare technology or financial services.
