Salary: $95,000 - $155,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of customers and understand their challenges to drive revenue cycle improvements.
- Analyze claims data to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
- Develop operational and product-oriented solutions to improve workflows and automation.
- Collaborate with RCM, Customer Support, Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Drive key business outcomes and metrics for the company.
- Contribute to shaping company culture.
Requirements
- Location: Must work onsite in San Francisco, Denver, or New York City with hybrid schedule
- 2-7 years of relevant experience owning business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Experience in scaling processes and operations.
- Optional experience in healthcare technology or financial services.
