Salary: $63,600 CAD + commission

What you will do

  • Support business development and generate new enterprise business opportunities through outbound campaigns and relationship building.
  • Manage pipeline and sales cycle activities including lead qualification, needs assessment, and deal organization.
  • Coordinate meetings and campaigns with internal stakeholders and prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Partnerships, Client Services, and Product teams to support sales efforts.
  • Maintain market awareness of new products, services, and pricing plans.
  • Report to Sales Development Supervisor and align with Strategic Accounts team.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Canada, Ontario or within ~40 miles of Toronto for hybrid work
  • 3+ years of sales development experience calling into large accounts; 5+ years industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with complex enterprise sales cycles and executive management support.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite presentation tools.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and enterprise sales enablement technologies.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
