What you will do

• Engineer software code and solutions using application development tools.
• Lead project development teams, mentor members, and ensure adherence to architecture policies.
• Evaluate operational feasibility and develop solutions based on analysis and requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of development tools and programming techniques.
• Document solutions with clear code, flowcharts, and diagrams.
• Conduct systems analysis and recommend policy and procedure changes.

Requirements

• Must be located in India or able to work remotely from India.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, APEX coding, Lightning development, and metadata deployments.
• Advanced knowledge of SOQL and SOSL for data manipulation and retrieval.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a global, Agile environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with IT processes related to Change Management, Compliance, Governance, and Vendor Management.
• Experience with Atlassian tools.
• Relevant industry experience in medical devices or highly regulated environments.
