Strikerz is looking for a talented Lead Software Engineer to join the Platform Expansion Team and help bring its AAA football project UFL to new platforms. In this role, you will take ownership of the technical roadmap for porting the game across multiple platforms while collaborating with engineers and technical leadership to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions. This is an opportunity to work on a high-profile multiplayer title within an international and passionate development team.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Own the technical roadmap for porting UFL to new platforms
• Port the game to PC, Steam Deck, and Nintendo Switch
• Provide technical solutions to support existing and new game features
• Give technical advice to support project planning and execution
• Collaborate with Lead Engineers and Technical Directors across the studio
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable code that meets game requirements
• Contribute to system architecture and core engine systems
• Research, experiment, and implement innovative technical approaches

📚 Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in game development
• Senior or Lead development experience on at least one shipped game for PC or Steam Deck
• Experience with multiplayer game development
• Strong C++ knowledge and multi-threaded programming skills
• Ability to architect and implement core engine systems
• Experience with anti-cheat integration
• Strong understanding of game engines and platform constraints for PC, consoles, and handhelds
• Experience with Unreal Engine UE4 or UE5
• Experience in games console development
