What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for key initiatives, setting a benchmark for quality and detail.
• Evolve the design system, interaction patterns, and visual language to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
• Inspire designers through design critiques, collaborative ideation, and shared standards.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to align solutions with user needs and business goals.
• Use rapid prototyping, user feedback, and iteration to explore possibilities and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Contribute to documentation and shared processes that raise the bar for design excellence across hirify.global.

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing digital products, ideally in SaaS, productivity, or collaborative tools.
• Expertise in end-to-end product design, from discovery and research to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototyping.
• Exceptional visual design sensibility paired with a deep understanding of interaction and UX principles.
• A passion for craft and quality, knowing when to balance perfection with pragmatism.
• Experience designing features powered by generative AI, translating complex AI interactions into intuitive experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma and comfortable working in code or prototypes to communicate ideas effectively.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to articulate design decisions and influence teams.
• Thrive in collaborative, iterative, and remote-first environments.
