What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for key product initiatives, setting benchmarks for quality and detail.
• Evolve the design system, interaction patterns, and visual language for clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
• Inspire and mentor designers through critiques, ideation, and shared standards.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to align solutions with user needs and business goals.
• Use rapid prototyping and user feedback to explore possibilities and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Contribute to documentation and shared processes to raise design excellence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing digital products, ideally in SaaS, productivity, or collaborative tools.
• Expertise in end-to-end product design, from discovery and research to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototyping.
• Exceptional visual design sensibility paired with a deep understanding of interaction and UX principles.
• Experience designing features powered by generative AI, translating complex AI interactions into intuitive experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma and comfort working in code or prototypes.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions and influence cross-functional teams.
• Thrive in collaborative, iterative, and remote-first environments.
