What you will do

• Design scalable frameworks for cross-cutting platform concerns like permissions, internationalization, and integration services.
• Partner with product and engineering leads to shape the platform strategy and define clear mental models for complex systems.
• Build proof-of-concepts using AI-native design tools to push beyond traditional prototyping limits.
• Advocate for craft and elevate the team's shared quality bar through thoughtful design solutions.
• Drive cross-squad alignment and secure buy-in from stakeholders to ensure platform adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in Design, HCI, or Interaction Design.
• Experience designing large-scale B2B/enterprise platforms or complex data-rich environments.
• Strong systems thinking with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end flows rather than isolated screens.
• Technical fluency and a blend of UX disciplines including interaction, visual design, and user research.
• AI-native working style, comfortable using tools like Cursor, Claude, or MCP for rapid prototyping.
• Located in or able to work from Berlin, Germany.
