What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Machine Learning models specifically for Risk and Fraud detection.
• Provide technical leadership and partner with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business impact.
• Perform deep data analysis and manipulation to distill actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Write production-grade code and ensure robust deployment of ML pipelines.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation and validation to ensure model accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Proven experience building and deploying end-to-end ML models into production.
• Solid foundation in statistics and experimental design.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (indicated by 401k and US-based benefits).
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Background in financial services, payments, lending, or risk/fraud systems.
