What you will do

• Assist clients throughout the onboarding process and manage relationships with clients and partners
• Educate clients on trading platforms and products
• Proactively contact clients to promote services and handle incoming queries
• Maintain accurate communication records and research regional business opportunities
• Ensure KPIs are met and support various departments as required
• Organize and manage personal workflow effectively

Requirements

• Fluent Filipino / Tagalog speaker
• Business professional level English (verbal and written)
• At least one year of experience in the Forex industry in a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and client-focused customer service
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to work shifts and comply with regulated environment guidelines
