What you will do
- Manage Key Account teams to achieve retention targets and satisfaction
- Develop and implement country-specific marketing and business development plans
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and analyze metrics
- Collaborate with Country Managers and senior leadership on strategies
- Oversee departmental budget, operations, and project delivery
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and build key relationships
Requirements
- Understanding of market analysis and strategic marketing planning
- Proven success in business development and growth initiatives
- Experience collaborating across departments and sharing best practices
- Knowledge of local regulations, industry standards, and compliance
- Skills in performance metrics analysis, reporting, and data-driven decisions
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and office operations
