What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding processes tailored to client needs.
- Provide technical support and serve as the primary contact for client queries.
- Act as a bridge between clients and product development, translating feedback into actionable insights.
- Monitor client progress and adoption rates, offering additional support as needed.
- Maintain records of client interactions and feedback to enhance onboarding strategies.
Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, especially in a remote setting.
