Salary: $100K-$115K plus $15K OTE

What you will do

• Drive educational sales growth for the Americas, maintaining customer books and reporting key activities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with educational institutions and faculty, gathering feedback for product and marketing teams.
• Develop strategic relationships with educators and industry partners to keep hirify.global Group brands top of mind.
• Lead marketing communications for EDU cross-brand solutions and collaborate with the US marketing team.
• Plan and execute strategic travel for sales and marketing, including national and regional events and retailer visits.

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of educational business development and strategic selling experience.
• Established relationships with educational facilities, faculty, and staff required.
• Experience with Audio-over-IP and immersive audio design requested.
• Ability to design audio and music systems for diverse use cases.
• Comfortable public speaker with travel availability of 30-40%.
