What you will do

• Deliver excellent customer support to players via ticketing, email, and chat.
• Investigate and resolve player inquiries promptly and provide feedback to developers.
• Assist internal teams with project-related requests and maintain accurate reports.
• Contribute to quality control and support process improvements.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and manage time effectively.
• Provide translations when required to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely from Armenia (Yerevan)
• Language: Mastery of Russian at C1-C2 level and English at B2 or higher
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills for player support.
• Experience with CRM tools like Helpshift or Zendesk and MS Office/Google Suite.
• Availability for full-time work including weekends.
• Accountability, proactivity, and flexibility in handling player needs.

Nice to have

• Previous customer service experience (remote or retail).
• Familiarity with community platforms such as Discord or Slack.
• Passion for video games.
