What you will do

• Identify and assess risks in technology operations including IT systems and infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and maintain controls to mitigate risks.
• Execute risk management activities such as incident response, remediation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with DevOps, cybersecurity, and business teams to integrate risk management into workflows.
• Conduct self-assessments and control testing to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Report risk issues and support audit and compliance reviews.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years experience in technology risk management, information security, or IT operations.
• Must be located onsite in the United States at one of the specified locations.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, NIST) and operational risk methodologies.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and software development lifecycle.
• Proven project management skills and excellent communication.
• Basic understanding and enthusiasm for AI and responsible AI practices.

• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CISM, PMP.
