What you will do

• Analyze detailed digital campaign performance data, pivots, and dashboards to produce world-class insights.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of all platforms, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate across teams and lead optimization sessions, packaging findings into documents and presentations.
• Build skills to become the main client point of contact across multiple digital performance campaigns, delivering actionable reports.
• Work across multiple KPIs to build an optimal media mix and select tactics that work hardest for each objective.
• Develop and share best practice standards for paid media across the network of schools.

Requirements

• Understand all various digital media channels (SEM, Display, Programmatic, Social Media).
• Good cross-cultural, interpersonal, and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
• Excellent analytical skills with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
• Results-orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs and ROI.
• Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Must be based in the UK and requires individuals to have the right to work in this location.
