What you will do
- Deliver excellent customer support to players via ticketing, email, and chat.
- Investigate and resolve player inquiries promptly and provide valuable feedback to developers.
- Assist internal teams with project-related requests and maintain accurate reports.
- Contribute to quality control and support process improvements.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and manage time effectively.
Requirements
- German proficiency at C1-C2 level and English at B2 or higher.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills for player support.
- Availability for full-time work including weekends.
- Experience with CRM tools like Helpshift or Zendesk.
- Accountability, proactivity, and flexibility in handling player issues.
Nice to have
- Previous customer service experience (remote or onsite).
- Familiarity with community platforms such as Discord or Slack.
- Passion for video games.
