What you will do

  • Facilitate Agile development ceremonies and coordinate feature releases between product and engineering teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product development efficiency.
  • Improve communication channels between product teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize product development tools and advocate best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and customer-facing teams.
  • Support operational initiatives such as planning, budgeting, onboarding, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • 3+ years experience in product operations, business operations, agile coaching, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile and product management tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence, Miro, and Heap.
  • Basic understanding and enthusiasm for AI concepts and responsible AI practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field preferred.
