What you will do

• Define product vision, roadmap, and prioritize features for Novi’s upstream data product.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to deliver valuable datasets and features.
• Translate complex upstream oil and gas data into actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Serve as the voice of the user, aligning product decisions with business goals and stakeholder needs.
• Support go-to-market activities and assist sales and customer success teams.

Requirements

• Must be located onsite in Austin, TX.
• Strong understanding of upstream oil and gas domain, including regulatory data and production concepts.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and customer teams in product development.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into product improvements.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Jira, and data tools preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant STEM field or equivalent experience.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
