What you will do
- Define and execute digital strategy to drive business growth and manage digital P&L and budgets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital team.
- Oversee all digital acquisition channels including PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliate, Email, and Retargeting.
- Manage e-commerce platform roadmap and deliver a high-performance, mobile-first UX/UI.
- Drive data-led approach with KPIs, accurate tracking, reporting, and analytics issue resolution.
- Monitor trends and emerging technologies such as AI and omnichannel to enhance digital capabilities.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years in senior digital leadership in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong commercial acumen with digital P&L ownership and growth delivery.
- Expertise in digital advertising, PPC, performance marketing, SEO, and conversion optimisation.
- Proficient in Power BI, SQL, API integrations, and data modelling.
- Experience managing and mentoring digital/marketing teams.
- Comfortable in fast-paced scale-up environments with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with BI/tracking automation tools and international or multi-brand e-commerce environments.
- Knowledge of pricing/stock management, warehouse optimisation, and order/channel management platforms.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Magento/BigCommerce, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GTM, and cloud hosting.
- Basic understanding of front-end development concepts and IT stack alignment.
