Location: Hybrid in London or Chester, UK, requiring at least two days per week onsite

What you will do

  • Design and run structured experiments across Paid Social, Affiliate, and emerging channels to unlock scalable growth.
  • Partner with Full Funnel teams to identify, validate, and scale new growth levers.
  • Manage in-platform execution across Meta and TikTok, optimizing audiences, creative, formats, and measurement.
  • Develop, refine, and optimize creative templates, collaborating with creative teams.
  • Identify and explore new affiliate partners, designing performance-based test programmes.
  • Feed into long-term channel strategy, innovation roadmaps, and future investment recommendations.

Requirements

  • Advanced paid social expertise, especially across Meta and TikTok, including audience strategy and advanced measurement.
  • Strong creative eye with the ability to guide and optimize assets for different audiences and formats.
  • Performance marketing experience, with the ability to interpret data and drive measurable commercial results.
  • Cross-channel curiosity and versatility, with enthusiasm for testing new channels and partnerships.
  • A proactive, growth-focused attitude, comfortable in ambiguity and energized by experimentation.
