What you will do

• Lead multiple development teams through recruitment, mentoring, and day-to-day management.
• Design, build, and own products and tools across the development process including SCM, IDE, AI agents, build, testing, environments, feature flags, continuous deployment, and production metrics.
• Collaborate with Development, Research, DevOps, and SRE teams to capture requirements and deliver solutions.
• Educate the organization on state-of-the-art tools, techniques, and methodologies to improve R&D efficiency.
• Act as an evangelist to support adoption of development tools and processes across the company.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading development teams with ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years experience as a software developer with focus on infrastructure and Java or similar languages.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies and ability to optimize development processes.
• Experience developing in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to drive large scale, long running projects impacting 50+ developers.
• Experience with Configuration Management/DevOps tooling and SaaS microservices at scale.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Knowledge of network systems design and implementation is an advantage.
• BSc. degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
