What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Plan and execute project deliveries on time and within budget.
• Manage Fixed Price and Time & Material projects.
• Adapt role as needed (Agile/Waterfall Project Manager, Program Manager, Scrum Master).
• Track progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead successful project teams and ensure effective communication.

Requirements

• Experience in managing large-scale IT projects in a global outsourcing environment.
• Proven track record with Fixed Price and Time & Material projects.
• Experience leading large, multinational teams.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and Waterfall project management.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Polish.

Nice to have

• PMP and SAFe certification.
• Work experience in a technical role (Software Developer/QA/DevOps).
