Senior Java Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid with 2 days per week in Gdańsk office or fully remote within Poland

Salary: 16,000 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Develop a distributed debugger product running invisibly in complex production environments
• Work on applications for multi-cloud and on-premises environments
• Participate in the full implementation process from design to release
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and experienced engineers
• Engage in pair programming, debugging, testing, and fixing software
• Dedicate time for self-development and mentoring

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland or able to work fully remotely within Poland
• Good English communication skills
• 5+ years of professional Java development experience
• Strong foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with test-driven development, clean code, and design patterns
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working in agile environments and a proactive team player attitude
