Salary: $118,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategic engagement with intermediary and home office teams to promote digital asset adoption in adviser portfolios.
• Partner with investment teams to deliver advanced portfolio construction insights focused on digital assets.
• Collaborate across investment, research, marketing, and data science teams to produce thought leadership content.
• Lead and mentor a team of strategists fostering a collaborative culture.
• Represent the firm at investment panels, conferences, and client events communicating complex digital asset concepts.

Requirements

• Must have minimum 5 years client-facing investment experience in financial services.
• Preferred minimum 3 years experience in digital asset space.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses required or must be obtained upon hiring.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–50%.
• Strong understanding of portfolio construction, investment analytics, capital markets, and digital asset market structure.
• Ability to use AI tools to enhance workflows and scale production.

• CFA designation.
• Experience speaking on investment panels and public forums.
