Location: Hybrid work model with onsite presence every other week in a Fidelity office in the United States
Salary: $118,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead strategic engagement with intermediary and home office teams to promote digital asset adoption in adviser portfolios.
- Partner with investment teams to deliver advanced portfolio construction insights focused on digital assets.
- Collaborate across investment, research, marketing, and data science teams to produce thought leadership content.
- Lead and mentor a team of strategists fostering a collaborative culture.
- Represent the firm at investment panels, conferences, and client events communicating complex digital asset concepts.
Requirements
- Must have minimum 5 years client-facing investment experience in financial services.
- Preferred minimum 3 years experience in digital asset space.
- Series 7 & 63 licenses required or must be obtained upon hiring.
- Willingness to travel up to 30–50%.
- Strong understanding of portfolio construction, investment analytics, capital markets, and digital asset market structure.
- Ability to use AI tools to enhance workflows and scale production.
Nice to have
- CFA designation.
- Experience speaking on investment panels and public forums.
