What you will do

• Develop and maintain innovative software solutions for the investment banking and financial services sector.
• Build and optimize Web APIs and backend services using Java.
• Collaborate on frontend implementation using Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Apply software architecture styles including Microservices, SOA, and Monolith.
• Implement architectural patterns such as Onion, Hexagonal, and Clean Code to ensure system maintainability.
• Utilize CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Maven, and BitBucket for efficient delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience as a Java Developer.
• Proficiency in Java, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Python, Git, Jira, and Maven.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, XL Release / XL Deploy, and BitBucket.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal.
