What you will do

• Own the creation and publishing of daily short-form videos across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce content including filming, editing, and remixing using AI tools.
• Develop and refine a playbook for effective content formats and distribution tactics.
• Build relationships with creators and micro-influencers.
• Analyze performance and adjust strategies in real-time.
• Collaborate with Brand, Growth, and Product teams.

Requirements

• Experience in content creation and social media marketing.
• Strong storytelling and analytical skills.
• Healthcare and/or Health & Wellness experience is a bonus.
• Active work authorization in the US is required.
