What you will do

• Own the FP&A cadence, including financial forecasting and budget cycles.
• Partner with Product and Revenue teams to evaluate pricing and monetization strategies.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate new revenue streams and margin efficiency.
• Build and maintain dashboards and forecasting models for executive decisions.
• Lead performance tracking and serve as a strategist in global expansion financial frameworks.
• Help build scalable planning processes and systems to support growth.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Strategic Finance or similar roles.
• Management experience leading high-performing finance teams.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial modelling.
• Experience in fintech, brokerage, or financial infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial topics.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience at a global, high-growth, or pre-IPO technology company.
• Experience with SQL and large dataset analysis.
