What you will do
- Advise and manage a portfolio of 60 SMB clients to grow revenues and reduce churn
- Prepare and present campaign performance results and strategic growth suggestions
- Build advisor-level client relationships and confidently discuss budgets and scope
- Drive growth through expansion revenue and referrals within your client portfolio
- Collaborate closely with a team of professionals to achieve shared goals
Requirements
- Must be located in Canada with ability to work remotely
- 1-2 years experience in client-facing roles such as Account Management or Business Development
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of growing and retaining client relationships
- Comfortable presenting strategic recommendations and handling objections
Nice to have
- Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising fundamentals
- Experience using CRM tools for client management and reporting
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques to assess campaign performance
