What you will do

• Advise and manage a portfolio of 60 SMB clients to grow revenues and reduce churn
• Prepare and present campaign performance results and strategic growth suggestions
• Build advisor-level client relationships and confidently discuss budgets and scope
• Drive growth through expansion revenue and referrals within your client portfolio
• Collaborate closely with a team of professionals to achieve shared goals

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada with ability to work remotely
• 1-2 years experience in client-facing roles such as Account Management or Business Development
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of growing and retaining client relationships
• Comfortable presenting strategic recommendations and handling objections

Nice to have

• Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising fundamentals
• Experience using CRM tools for client management and reporting
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques to assess campaign performance
