Technical Field Architect: Facilitate communication and product adoption between CTO office, R&D, and field teams for enterprise AI infrastructure products with an accent on aligning product development with customer requirements and technical rollout. Focus on developing technical presentations, understanding product release processes, and providing engineering feedback onsite in Israel.

Location: Onsite in Tel Aviv and Haifa, Israel

What you will do

• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to align feature design with customer and field team requirements
• Document product development and release processes and timelines
• Develop and lead technical presentations for field teams
• Streamline communication between R&D, CTO office, and field teams
• Install pre-release software and provide engineering feedback

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of experience in product, engineering, or support with emphasis on storage, data, and analytics
• Experience in customer-facing roles explaining and training on technical concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%
• Eager and creative problem solver
