What you will do

• Identify and prioritize user needs and sources of value through feedback collection and analysis.
• Lead hypothesis generation and validation of product solutions with cross-functional input.
• Plan and manage software development in partnership with Engineering and Design teams.
• Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap for your product innovation area.
• Communicate ideas, insights, and updates to senior leadership and define KPIs to measure success.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London or able to work onsite.
• English: Native or C2 level proficiency required.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• High academic or internship performance in CST or related roles.
• Strategic thinking with ability to define outcome-based roadmaps.
