What you will do

• Provide exceptional support via email, web, and phone for customers using Aras products.
• Participate in debugging and testing the product.
• Develop sample customizations of the product for customers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing technical resolutions.
• Document customer interactions and feedback.
• Participate in on-call rotation shifts.

Requirements

• Experience with C# and JavaScript.
• Experience with OOP concepts.
• Experience with web application development preferred.
• Experience with SQL database preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing or consulting role.
