• Build critical internal tools and applications used by hundreds of employees
• Develop delightful user-facing web experiences with frontend and occasional backend code
• Collaborate closely with a talented engineering team through pairing, design, and documentation
• Identify and remove roadblocks to increase engineering velocity
• Build resilient, mission-critical systems
• Adopt new technologies to improve performance and reliability

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Toronto
• Experience shipping fast, user-loved web applications
• Comfortable with both frontend and backend development
• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, React, and Python
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers
