What you will do

• Lead product marketing launches from roadmap planning to public release with repeatable frameworks.
• Shape technically fluent, developer-first messaging and positioning for hirify.global’s AI coding agent.
• Create sales and growth enablement materials to empower GTM teams and partners.
• Lead competitive and market insights to identify trends and opportunities in AI coding assistants.
• Collaborate with partner ecosystem to co-market and elevate joint value propositions.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Location: Must work from Foster City, CA office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• 8+ years work experience including 6+ years in product marketing, ideally in app development space.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple launches and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with sales enablement and competitive positioning for technical audiences.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach with founder mindset and ability to work fast in a startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in app development marketing or marketing to product managers, designers, sales, or operations teams.
• Experience with partner/ecosystem marketing.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience.
