Compensation: $180K - $250K

What you will do

• Design and analyze marketing experiments to optimize campaigns.
• Build attribution models and multi-touch conversion funnels.
• Develop predictive models for high-intent prospects.
• Create self-service dashboards for marketing metrics.
• Build and maintain data pipelines integrating marketing platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in data science or analytics focused on marketing.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern data stack tools.
