What you will do

• Build and maintain APIs and UI flows for web and mobile using Svelte/SvelteKit and TypeScript.
• Design interactive, responsive front-end experiences with real-time canvas polish and UI animations.
• Optimize frontend performance and deliver seamless WebSocket image streams.
• Design and maintain backend services with Node, Postgres, and Redis caching.
• Kickstart a Public API project to serve AI models to millions of developers.
• Improve observability and alerting using OpenTelemetry tools.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, United States
• Strong experience with full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript engineering, frontend focus.
• Experience with SvelteKit or similar frameworks and real-time UI via WebSockets.
• Familiarity with backend API design, database schemas, caching strategies, and infra scale (Kubernetes, Postgres, Redis).
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise authentication features (SAML/SSO, SCIM provisioning).
• Knowledge of GPU workloads, ML or image/video pipelines.
• Side projects or open-source contributions in UI or infrastructure.
