What you will do

• Develop and optimize growth, onboarding, and engagement features for music applications.
• Implement data-driven experiments to enhance user acquisition, retention, and conversion.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design user behavior analysis systems.
• Create scalable, performant systems and integrations supporting growth campaigns.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Onsite presence required in NYC or Cambridge offices.
• 5+ years experience in engineering or growth roles with full-stack development focus.
• Experience with data pipelines, analytics platforms, and user tracking tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Web development experience with React, Typescript, NextJS is a plus.
