What you will do

• Define, design, and ship high-quality prototypes and market-defining products.
• Advocate for users by deeply understanding their workflows and pain points.
• Partner with product owners and design peers on strategy and tactics.
• Help define and evolve the design language and system across products.
• Collaborate with engineers and AI scientists to translate AI technologies into scalable tools and experiences.
• Set high standards for animation, motion, and craftsmanship.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in New York City 5 days a week.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10%-15% of time).
• 6+ years of professional experience in interaction and visual design.
• Strong skills in simplifying complex digital products into intuitive experiences.
• Expertise in Figma and other design tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
