Compensation Range: $150K - $225K

What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve runtime issues related to latency, memory behavior, and GPU utilization.
• Debug infrastructure issues across Kubernetes, networking, and observability systems.
• Lead incident response during outages or escalations.
• Serve as the technical owner for top enterprise accounts.
• Identify common failure modes and translate user feedback into product improvements.
• Own project coordination end-to-end across technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

• Deep Kubernetes troubleshooting expertise.
• Strong infrastructure debugging ability across container orchestration.
• Experience managing high-severity incidents with major customers.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with running high-performance AI models.
• Experience with ticketing and incident-response systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling or scripting automations.
