Location: San Francisco, New York
Compensation Range: $150K - $225K

What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve runtime issues related to latency, memory behavior, and GPU utilization.
- Debug infrastructure issues across Kubernetes, networking, and observability systems.
- Lead incident response during outages or escalations.
- Serve as the technical owner for top enterprise accounts.
- Identify common failure modes and translate user feedback into product improvements.
- Own project coordination end-to-end across technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements
- Deep Kubernetes troubleshooting expertise.
- Strong infrastructure debugging ability across container orchestration.
- Experience managing high-severity incidents with major customers.
- Proven project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with running high-performance AI models.
- Experience with ticketing and incident-response systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling or scripting automations.
