What you will do

• Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Infrastructure teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure product decisions align with long-term sustainability.
• Prioritize investments in foundational infrastructure to meet business goals.
• Understand the needs of AI builders and developers to evolve hirify.global’s offerings.
• Act as a technical consultant for product teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, focusing on developer tools or infrastructure.
• Strong interest in AI and its impact on software development.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proven ability to tackle ambiguous problems.

Nice to have

• Experience as an infrastructure engineer.
• Experience building AI applications.
