What you will do

• Lead stabilization and improvement of the Replicon time and absence management solution deployed across 39 countries.
• Collaborate with a team of solution experts supporting 350,000 employees.
• Strengthen processes and enhance solution capabilities to align with business needs.
• Design end-to-end data flows and describe system interdependencies.
• Create functional specifications, use case scenarios, and process flow diagrams.
• Document requirements for large, complex organizations.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model in Poland across multiple cities.
• Expertise in Replicon SaaS platform implementation and configuration.
• Knowledge of data integration methods including APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Experience with cloud-based architecture and designing data flows.
• Ability to create functional specifications and document complex requirements.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
