What you will do

• Operate Search products ensuring high availability and performance.
• Build self-healing and automated incident response mechanisms.
• Monitor and compute SLOs and error budgets for products.
• Automate tasks to reduce toil and technical debt.
• Manage incidents and customer requests effectively.

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years experience in scalable environments.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Golang, or Ruby.
• Experience with APIs and designing reliable, operable, highly available applications.
• Familiarity with public cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and Kubernetes services.
• Strong Linux system administration, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
