What you will do
- Operate Search products ensuring high availability and performance.
- Build self-healing and automated incident response mechanisms.
- Monitor and compute SLOs and error budgets for products.
- Automate tasks to reduce toil and technical debt.
- Manage incidents and customer requests effectively.
Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years experience in scalable environments.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Golang, or Ruby.
- Experience with APIs and designing reliable, operable, highly available applications.
- Familiarity with public cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and Kubernetes services.
- Strong Linux system administration, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
