What you will do

  • Lead paid acquisition channels across direct-buy and programmatic networks, scaling campaigns aggressively
  • Build and optimize scalable acquisition funnels with high-velocity testing to improve CAC and LTV
  • Analyze performance daily using tools like GA4 and Voluum to guide strategic decisions
  • Own creative briefing and collaborate with content and product teams to optimize landing pages
  • Manage partnerships with traffic sources and explore new acquisition opportunities
  • Automate acquisition processes and create SOPs and playbooks for efficient scaling

Requirements

  • Must be based in Latvia
  • 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition with proven management of $500K to $1M+/month media spend
  • Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms and analytical tools like GA4 and Voluum
  • Strong creative instincts and experience optimizing landing pages and funnels
  • Comfortable working with NSFW content and adult networks
  • Perfectly fluent in English (C2 level)

Nice to have

  • Experience with subscription models and CAC/LTV frameworks
  • Familiarity with DSPs and programmatic environments
  • Experience in regulated verticals like dating, femtech, or telehealth
  • Track record of scaling user acquisition for mobile apps
