Sales Support Manager

What you will do

• Perform data analysis to support business decisions and monitor sales performance and budgets.
• Lead and manage the business support team ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Co-lead internal workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Act as Western Europe Power user for commercial systems including Power BI, SAP, SalesForce, and BOA.
• Build internal presentations and contribute to business reviews and growth strategy follow-up.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Argenteuil, France
• University degree or equivalent academic background.
• Minimum 5 years commercial experience in food or related industry.
• Proficiency with CRM, SAP, commercial tools, and data analysis.
• Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to act as key user for internal commercial systems.
