What you will do
- Engage customers with a consultative, solution-oriented approach to win new enterprise accounts and grow existing business.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makers.
- Apply tactical and strategic go-to-market models to drive revenue, customer growth, and retention.
- Represent the hirify.global/Enterprise brand at industry events.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions to clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in technology sales (software/SaaS, IaaS, or OT Platform) to enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including with VP- and C-level executives.
- Expertise using a Sales Framework such as MEDDPICC.
- Proven track record of consistently high performance and a hunter sales mentality.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
