TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (SaaS): Establishing and growing new enterprise business in France by consultative solution selling and nurturing strong client relationships. Focus on articulating the value proposition of hirify.global solutions, applying strategic go-to-market models, and driving higher revenues and customer retention.

Location: Hybrid role based in Paris, France, with required onsite onboarding in HQ. This role is for France, with a Work From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country.

What you will do

  • Engage customers with a consultative, solution-oriented approach to win new enterprise accounts and grow existing business.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makers.
  • Apply tactical and strategic go-to-market models to drive revenue, customer growth, and retention.
  • Represent the hirify.global/Enterprise brand at industry events.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in technology sales (software/SaaS, IaaS, or OT Platform) to enterprise customers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including with VP- and C-level executives.
  • Expertise using a Sales Framework such as MEDDPICC.
  • Proven track record of consistently high performance and a hunter sales mentality.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Strong work ethic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
