TL;DR
DevOps Engineer (Azure/Kubernetes): Building and operating reliable cloud infrastructure, container platforms, and CI/CD pipelines for client environments with an accent on Azure, AKS, infrastructure automation, and observability. Focus on managing production Kubernetes workloads, tracking SLA/SLO/SLI performance, and solving high-priority incidents through rotational on-call support.

What you will do
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Docker containers and Azure Kubernetes Service clusters through automated pipelines.
- Manage Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, IAM, Key Vault, and security groups.
- Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, release workflows, and infrastructure automation.
- Monitor system performance and logging with Elastic Agent, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, and Grafana.
- Collaborate with application, platform, and client teams to deliver scalable DevOps solutions.
- Track SLA, SLO, and SLI metrics, provide rotational on-call support, and resolve high-priority incidents.
Requirements
- At least two years of hands-on production experience with Azure and Kubernetes, including AKS.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes core components, container orchestration, networking, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, YAML pipeline stages, Terraform, Helm, Git, and observability tools.
- Comfortable working in Linux and Windows environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English and UK Enhanced Security checks or eligibility to meet them are required.
Nice to have
- Scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Kubernetes certification such as CKA or CKAD.
- ITIL knowledge or service management experience.
