What you will do
- Write and review critical code for complex AI projects, staying hands-on in development.
- Lead and mentor technical teams of Applied AI Engineers deploying GenAI applications.
- Drive technical discussions during pre-sales and translate customer needs into solutions.
- Design and oversee implementation of AI systems including fine-tuning, RAG, and custom LLM applications.
- Identify emerging AI trends and champion best practices for deployment and inference.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, and engineers to integrate customer feedback.
Requirements
- Fluent English required.
- 7+ years experience in AI/ML with 2+ years in technical leadership roles.
- Advanced expertise in fine-tuning LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, and scalable NLP deployment.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern AI frameworks; cloud and MLOps experience is a plus.
- Strong software engineering skills including API design and system architecture.
- Excellent technical communication skills for diverse audiences.
